Dundee Fruit Company is set up to work with a wide variety of different food types. We are one of the few plants in the country with the ability to hot-fill, warm-fill, and cold-pack products. With our large pasteurizer we have the ability to heat treat products in vacuum sealed containers.

HotFill Projects

Products such as jams, sauces, dressings, etc. can be heated and filled warm or hot directly into jars. Because of our large pasteurizer we can make traditional hot-fill projects at lower temperatures and then heat treat them in vacuum sealed containers to reach core temperatures needed for more shelf-stable products. The maximum temperature we can reach is about 200 degrees, this means that all of our products must have a pH below 4.2.
