French Prairie Marionberry Vinaigrette 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 shallot, diced fine 1 Tbsp oregano, fresh, chopped 1/2 Tbsp pepper, fresh, ground 1/4 cup French Prairie Marionberry Preserves Combine all ingredients in a bowl, Mix well with a wire whip. Allow flavor to marry for at least 1 hour.
