Pork Loin in Stonegroun Mustard Marinade Served with French Prairie Blue Plum Conserve

Preparation:
Grind mustard seed and combine with oil, stoneground mustard, rosemary and garlic. Rub marinade all over pork and pack it tightly in a small container. Allow to marinate overnight. Grill on a barbecue or under the boiler for approximately 10 minutes or until done. Serve immediately with 2 TBS of French Prairie Blue Plum Conserve.
